Overall, arts leaders have limited satisfaction for various management procedures, including recruiting diverse staff, supporting first-time/new managers, and succession planning for key roles.
Respondents saw highest turnover rates in development and marketing/communications teams across the pandemic.
Three-quarters of respondents have formal parental leave policies in place, with a majority offering 4-12 weeks off and offer a combination of paid/unpaid packages across various policies.
