Clare Sherlog
Managing Director
Clare Sherlog joined Advisory Board for the Arts in January 2025 as Managing Director of the global dance and ballet segment. Clare brings extensive experience in client services, a personal passion for the arts, and a commitment to creating customized and unique solutions to her role. Prior to joining the team at ABA, Clare served as Director of Development for Nashville Ballet, a professional ballet company and school in Nashville, TN.
Before her time at Nashville Ballet, Clare worked with CCS Fundraising, a strategic fundraising consulting firm serving the nonprofit sector. At CCS, Clare had the opportunity to partner with arts and cultural organizations, independent schools, healthcare organizations, and religious entities on capital campaigns, strategic planning, and analytical projects. Clare also spent time working with Americans for the Arts, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, where she discovered her love for working in arts administration.
Clare holds a B.A. in Public and International Affairs and a Certificate in Dance from Princeton University. She is actively involved in the Princeton Alumni Association, supporting Annual Giving, serving on committees, and conducting interviews with prospective students.
