Highlights from the survey include:
Three-quarters of participating organizations saw the same or higher rates for subscription and membership sales compared to last year.
The most popular package structure for first-time subscribers is the “choose your own” model, while fixed seat subscriptions saw the most long-time loyalty and highest renewal rates.
A large majority of organizations send out printed season brochures and/or postcards to their members and subscribers.
Discounted tickets are the most redeemed benefit within subscription and membership packages offered.
