Peer Networking Groups

ABA has several networking groups for people with similar roles in different organizations to discuss common challenges, trends, opportunities and relevant research. ABA will curate and facilitate these meetings, but the agendas are largely driven by the participants.

We have found the discussions and shared learnings among organizations across genres and sizes exciting and invaluable.

  • Mid-Career Leaders

    • To thrive in today’s dynamic arts landscape, leaders must inspire and motivate teams, engage boards, and nurture creative artists. ABA’s quarterly peer forums provide a supportive and energizing space for Mid-Career Leaders to connect with like-minded professionals. These forums foster a vibrant community where participants can celebrate successes, address challenges, and share their aspirations, empowering one another to navigate the complexities of arts leadership with confidence and camaraderie.
