ORganizationAL Inclusion Assessment for ABA Members

"Diversity without inclusion is a revolving door of talent" according to the NeuroLeadership Institute. Most arts organizations know this to be true, but don't have a systematic way of measuring and improving their inclusion practices.

To help, the Advisory Board for the Arts has developed an Organizational Inclusion Assessment for the Arts. Synthesized from multiple leading inclusion frameworks, it is an employee assessment built to gauge awareness of organization's current diversity and inclusion systems, procedures, and resources as well as perceptions of inclusion across multiple variables.

It is available for ABA member organizations to deploy now at no additional charge through an anonymous online survey.
