The Questions We Will Address
What we’ve learned from past downturns and crises is that audiences typically don’t return at the same levels as before. Even once return is safe and we reopen our doors, we can expect – after an initial post-reopening burst of audience energy – that arts organizations will face a structural limitation to audience growth that will limit their return and loyalty.
How can we avoid that dropoff in 2021? What are the critical actions to take now to avoid an acceleration of the generational shift away from the arts after reopening? We will help you build a new approach, with tangible steps to take during this period of limited audiences, to stem the decline in audiences post-reopening.
January 2021 Summit Format
We are offering a makeup version of the Summit for those who were unable to attend in November or for new members who join by December 31. This will offer the same content and benefits of the original session, compressed into a single week.
The summit will offer a set of practical tools and structured peer interactions to help ABA members emotionally connect with non-core, but “persuadable” audiences, thereby accelerating their return.
